We are in-network providers with most major health insurances (including several not listed below).
 
If you'd like to use insurance benefits, we strongly recommend checking with your insurance company for whether one or more of your diagnosis are covered for "Medical Nutrition Therapy by a Registered or Certified Dietitian".  (Certified is the term most widely used for insurers in WA state when referring to covered nutrition providers).

For insurances in which we are out-of-network providers you may choose our "payment at time of service" discount. We will provide a receipt for your submittal for possible reimbursement.
 
For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
